Lil Wayne Starts A Sports Management Company, Signs Soccer Star Cristiano Ronaldo

From hip-hop, to skateboarding, to soccer; Lil Wayne has got it all covered. According to TMZ, Weezy has started a new sports management company and has signed the world’s biggest soccer star, Cristiano Ronaldo, as his first client. The decision to make his first client an international one is a risky endeavor as Wayne will have to tap into a new market and demographic in Europe.
Wayne will apparently handle Ronaldo’s endorsements, marketing, branding and more. Ronaldo is a marketing machine and earned $22 million in endorsements last year, making him the highest paid soccer player in the world. The new sports management company will work with PolarisSports—which is affiliated with CAA Sports—the group that handled the contract negotiations for Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports.
Ronaldo is yet to confirm the signing but did release a picture of himself and the Prime Minister of Japan throwing up the YMCMB sign on Twitter:

Musician, Singer-songwriter, Actor, Record producer, Multi-instrumentalist, Author, Drummer
Phil Collins Net Worth: Phil Collins is an English musician, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, actor and writer who has a net worth of $250 million dollars. A drummer, singer-songwriter, singer, and composer, Phil Collins has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide both as a solo artist and as a member of the band, Genesis. He has received seven Grammy Awards and an Oscar for his work.
Born Philip David Charles Collins on January 30, 1951, in Hounslow, Middlesex, London, England, he is known both as a drummer and vocalist for English progressive rock group Genesis and as a solo artist. In his active musical career, from 1968 to 2011, Collins sang the lead vocals on dozens of hit albums and singles in the UK and US. Collins started his professional music career in 1970 as a drummer of the group Genesis, which had already released two albums. While in Genesis, he also served as a backing vocalist for front man Peter Gabriel. However, he did get the chance to sing lead on two songs, "For Absent Friends" from 1971′s Nursery Cryme album and "More Fool Me" from 1973′s Selling England by the Pound. Once Gabriel left the group, Collins also became the group's vocalist. Sounding "more like Gabriel than Gabriel did", he saw the release of numerous albums as Genesis' singer, including A Trick of the Tail (1976),…And Then There Were Three… (1978), Duke (1980), Abacab (1981), Genesis (1983), Invisible Touch (1986) and We Can't Dance (1991). After Phil Collins left the band in 1996, he embarked on a successful solo career. His solo songs, which were often about lost love and generally featured his distinctive gated reverb drum sound, ranged from the atmospheric "In the Air Tonight", dance pop tuned "Sussudio", piano-driven ballad "Against All Odds" to politically themed "Another Day in Paradise". His solo work brought him both fans' following and accolades, including seven Grammy Awards, six Brit Awards, three American Music Awards, an Academy Award, two Golden Globe Awards as well as a Disney LegendAward. Not very favorite among media, Collins denied speculation that his retirement from music in 2011 was "because of the bad press over the years". The real reason behind Collins' withdrawal from music was because he wanted to be a full-time father to his two sons.

About Bob Marley
Nesta Robert Marley, popularly known as Bob Marley is among the finest musicians we have ever seen. Marley’s net worth stands at an impressive $130 Million at this time. He is a singer and songwriter from the Caribbean Island nation of Jamaica.
Bob Marley is credited for making the Rastafari movement and reggae music popular. He started off as a lead singer and rhythm guitarist for “The Wailers” (between 1963 and 1974), and then he joined “Bob Marley & The Wailers” (between 1974 and 1981).
To this day, Marley remains the most popular reggae musician ever. In fact, he has become an icon not just in reggae, but in music across all genres as well. He has sold more than 75 million albums across the world. Marley is so famous in Jamaica that there is even a statue of him in Kingston. He was able to play a lot of instruments, such as guitar, piano, saxophone, harmonica, percussion, and the horn. Over the years Bob has produced a lot of songs, most of which went on to become huge hits. Some of his hits are No Woman, No Cry; “I Shot the Sheriff; Duppy Conqueror; Could You Be Loved; Get Up Stand Up; Stir It Up; Redemption Song; Jamming; Three Little Birds; and One Love.
The music that Bob produced was greatly influenced by social issues. Often, he would give voice to cultural and political issues of Jamaica. But most of these issues had a global appeal. This is why people from across the world could relate to his work. That was one reason why he was so popular. And of course another reason was that Marley absolutely excelled at his work.
Sadly, Bob Marley didn’t live for too long. He died at the age of 36 on 11th May 1981. He died of cancer. His final words to his son were, “Money can’t buy life”.

300: The Movie Vs Real Life

300: The Movie Vs Real Life

300: The movie based on the graphic novel loosely based on the Battle of Thermopylae, the most unfair fight in the history of history.

History Vs Entertainment

The main point in the movie (obviously) is that there were 300 Spartan soldiers, which is true because there were 300 (Spartan) soldiers. The part the movie neglected to mention however was that they formed an alliance with other Greek City States and their side actually numbered closer to 7000. They turn down an alliance with the Arcadians in the movie because they weren't badass enough warriors to fight amongst Spartans. Some historians alleged that there were around 200 000 Persians. They were insanely outnumbered.
The battle began because Persia wanted to own the entire world because Asia Minor, Lydia, Judah, Mesopotamia, and freaking Egypt was not enough for them. The Spartans, knowing that they stood no chance against such a massive army had to come up with a plan to delay Xerxes while Athenians desperately built up their navy. Relying on their brilliant war tactics, they came up with a plan to send a force to fight the Persian's at hopeless odds, to sacrifice themselves, one by one, until they were all dead. For the greater good. Their little army did well for itself, they blocked off the only road the Persian army could pass, forcing them to enter through a narrow passage where their huge numbers meant nothing.
Although the Persians were the ones trying to conquer Greece, the Spartans weren't as admirable as the movie portrayed them to be. They were always conquering neighbouring areas to build their slave labor, many of the soldiers who fought with them in the Battle of Thermopylae were actually slaves who were forced against their will. In fact a boys 'right of passage' was not to kill a wolf as seen in the movie, but to murder a slave because this was training in the art of evasion. Those caught before they were able to murder their unfortunate slave were severely punished for.. well, being caught.
The training in the movie was accurate, it began at birth when the baby would be thoroughly inspected to ensure it was correct size and had no deformities. If any faults were found, they would be discarded of (thrown off a freakin cliff). Their formal training began at age seven, when they were clearly too old to be coddled and ready for military training. They were taken to live in a group with other boys who were being trained and spent every day, for years enduring rigorous strength training and track events, wrestling and martial arts. They were fed the maximum amount of food needed to not die because this would teach them to steal if they didn't want to starve. If they were caught however they were punished severely. They were also punished if they failed to answer questions briefly and wittily. This explains why they were able to shut up their enemies with badass lines all the time. Many of the most memorable lines from the movie are direct quotes from historian's accounts of the events; such as:
Messenger:What makes this woman think she can speak among men? Queen of Sparta: Because only Spartan women give birth to real men.

Persian: Spartans, lay down your weapons.
*Persian gets a spear to the chest*
King Leonidas: Persians! Come and get them!
Persian: A thousand nations of the Persian empire descend upon you. Our arrows will blot out the sun!Stelios: Then we will fight in the shade.
Sadly the "This Is Sparta" followed by a kick into the giant pit of death probably didn't happen because they didn't really have holes in the ground for no reason. Health and safety issue.
Unsafe.
The 'starving-constant-training-every-day' routine continued until age 12 where the boys were given one garment and no shoes to last them a year. They were then sent to live with nature, exposed to wild animals and weather to teach them survival skills. From age 13 until age 20 the boys participated in 'war games' which left many 'contestants' either dead or injured. The training would end at age 20 but they continued to live in the barracks until age 30 and were then allowed to marry, reproduce and live as a citizen. They remained in the army until age 60 when they retired. But mostly, they died.
Another strong theme in the movie is magic and freaks. Ancient Greeks and Persian's didn't know magic. Persian's probably didn't have giant freaks in chains ready to fight. They also didn't train rhinoceroses to do their bidding, as badass as that would have been, rhinos don't take kindly to that kind of thing. The only animals involved in the war were tons of horses but they were ridden, they didn't actually partake in the offense.
After a couple days of battles where the Spartans had their scantily clad asses handed to them, 'Ephialtes' (not really a hunchback who wasn't allowed to fight in the army. He probably never even met Leonidas. History tells us he was really just a jerk) informed the Persian's that there was a small path that would take them to the behind the Greek lines. Leonidas found out they were going to be outflanked and dismissed the majority of the army and remained with 300 Spartans, 700 Thespians, 400 Thebans and perhaps a few others. The battle ended with the remaining Spartans, Thespians, Thebans and slaves fighting until they were all dead.
Unfortunately the movie didn't show the real ending. The delay worked and when the Persian's attempted to conquer Athens they found that the Athenians had shipped off to the city of Salamis. Delicious. During the battle of Salamis, Xerxes took his Persians and bitched off to Asia. The following year, they Persian army and navy were beaten by the Greeks. The Persians made no more attempts to conquer Greece. Historians believe that if the Persian army had succeeded in conquering Greece and stopped their development, western civilization may not be as it is today.
So we have the brave Spartans to thank who always defeated their enemies by using their brutal military training and war tactics. Except when they didn't.

Garth Brooks net worth: Garth Brooks is an American country music star who has a net worth of $150 million. Garth Brooks was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 7, 1962. Garth is a wildly successful country music artist who has had six albums certified diamond. In total he has sold over 200 million albums worldwide. According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), Garth is the best selling solo artist of the 20th century in the United States. Some music fans disagree with this fact because the RIAA did not precisely track Elvis Presley's earliest sales. When you adjust for Elvis, Garth is the second best selling solo-artist of the last 100 years and the third best selling artist overall, with The Beatles being number one. Garth is however the best selling artist of the last 20 years, having sold 70 million albums. Since 1989, Garth has released 10 studio albums and six compilation albums. He has won two Grammys (out of 14 nominations), 17 American Music Awards, 11 Country Music Awards, and hundreds more.
Brooks' 2001 separation from ex wife Sandy Mahl turned out to be one of the most expensive divorces of all time. Garth would eventually pay Sandy a $125 million settlement. Garth and Sandy met while attending Oklahoma State University. Garth was a bouncer at a bar that Sandy would frequent. They married in 1986 and divorced in 2001. Today Garth is married to fellow country artist Trisha Yearwood. They have been married since 2005. After a short hiatus, he returned to performing in Las Vegas, where he headlined his own show at The Encore Hotel and Casino. He is still performing and releasing music today.

Top 20 Best Baby Shower Games

Top 20 Best Baby Shower Games

Print Email
Everyone loves a bouncing baby, but not everyone loves run-of-the-mill baby shower games. We certainly don't! So if you're like us and are looking for games that are decidedly fresh and fun, we've put together some seriously unstuffy options for you to choose from. Here are the Top 20 Best Baby Shower Games-from Beau-coup to you!
follow me on http://instagram.com/nyc2615

1. Don't Say Baby

Mum's the word when it comes to saying 'baby'! Get this great icebreaker started the moment your guests walk through the door. As you greet each guest, give each a diaper pin to wear on his or her shirt. Once all of your guests have arrived, tell everyone that they can't say 'baby' for the duration of the shower (or until it's time to open presents). If anyone hears someone else saying the forbidden word, he or she can steal the rule breaker's pin. At the end of the game, the person with the most pins wins a gift.

2. Guess the Baby Game

Pink cheeks and rosy memories abound when you play this game at your baby shower. You'll need to set the wheels in motion as you send out invitations to the shower. With each invite, include a note instructing guests to bring along a picture of themselves as babies. As each guest arrives, assign a number to each picture and post it up on the wall. Have each guest guess which picture corresponds to each guest. After everyone is finished cooing over the photos, give a prize to the person with the most matches that matched up!

3. Baby Items in the Bag

Keep guests guessing with this practical game. Put at least ten common, useful baby items inside a diaper bag; a bib, teething ring, rattle, bottle and diaper are just a few goodies that are also fairly inexpensive. Give each guest a pen and paper before passing the diaper bag around. Without looking, each person should stick a hand inside the bag and identify as many items as possible. Give each two minutes to feel around and make their guesses before moving the bag to the next person. Once everyone has had a turn, find out who had the most correct answers. The winner gets a prize and the parents-to-be get the diaper bag filled with baby essentials!

4. Mommy and Daddy's Secrets

If you're looking for a fun, yet touching, baby shower game for your coed baby shower, you're in luck (though you can always adjust the game to fit a shower just for the girls). Ask the mom and dad for answers to twenty questions-make sure to do this with the significant other nowhere in sight! Some great questions include, "Where were you when you heard the news?" "Do you want a girl or boy?" and "If you could have your way, what would you want your child to be when he or she grows up?" After you quiz each and record their answers, bring both into the room and put the future parents on the hot spot one at a time. Ask each to guess the answer their partner gave to each question-before polling the audience to see who thinks the answer is correct. Everyone's a winner with this lively game!

5. Baby Sketch Artists

Who knew paper plates could be this much fun? Pass out sturdy paper plates and markers to all of your guests. Let them know they'll be drawing a picture of the baby, and the best sketch will win. The catch is that everyone has to draw with the paper plate on her or his head! It's a hilarious sight-and the finished drawings are guaranteed to have everyone in stitches.

6. Dirty Diapers

An icky dirty diaper is no one's friend-but what if the gooey center is actually candy? Funnily enough, it's still gross with this nutty baby shower game! Place several types of melted chocolate candies in newborn-sized diapers (or folded napkins). Make sure you have many types and consistencies represented: milky, creamy, nutty, caramel-filled, and the like. Pass the diapers around and have each person sniff and lick the gooey 'poo' centers in order to guess which brand of candy bar is in each diaper. The person with the best nose for chocolatey-tasting 'number two', wins!

7. Guess the Baby Food

If you've ever thought that baby food in jars looks less like the 'peas' or 'carrots' they purport to be and more like miscellaneous mush, this is the game for you. Gather seven to ten unique flavors of baby food jars, number each lid and tear off the labels. Ask each guest to grab a spoon and start sampling! The guest with the keenest taste buds wins a prize for getting the most correct.

8. Guess the Mother's Measurements

Pregnancy is perhaps the only time in life that it's socially acceptable to go up to a woman, rub her belly and comment on the expanding size of her waistline. So why not have fun with it? Pass around a ball of yarn and a pair of scissors. Tell each guest to cut off a length of string that they think corresponds to the size of the honoree's belly (make sure no one is cheating by measuring their own or a friend's waist!). When everyone has a piece of string, invite each person up to try his or her luck measuring the mom-to-be's belly. Whoever has a string that comes closest to being a perfect measurement, wins.

9. Drink Up, Baby!

Whether you're planning a daring couple's shower or a tame for-all-ages party, this game is always a hilarious hit. Fill baby bottles with the beverage of your choice-beer for the guys at a grown-ups' party and apple juice for the kids at a family baby shower. Then, give everyone a bottle and on the count of three they must suck the bottles dry as quickly as possible. The first person to down the contents of his or her bottle wins.

10. Diaper Derby

On your mark, get set, go! Divide your guests into teams and hand each team a roll of toilet paper. Give the teams five minutes to wrap a team member up in a mock diaper. The team with the most creatively diapered 'baby' wins. There's something so outrageously funny about grown adults in hastily assembled toilet paper diapers-your guests won't be able to stop laughing!

11. Bobbing for Nipples

This suggestive game is the hands-down favorite among males at coed baby showers. Set up a row of large buckets of water and drop some baby bottle nipples into each. Each guest must get down on his or her knees-hands behind backs-and bob for as many nipples as they can grab in two minutes. When the buzzer goes off, the person with the most nipples wins.

12. Birthing Babies

You'll have a roomful of amusingly anxious faux parents-to-be with this 'ice melter' game. The night before your shower, freeze a bunch of ice cubes with tiny plastic babies in the center (available at any craft store). When guests arrive, drop an ice cube into a cup of water and present to each person. As time ticks by, the ice begins to melt and the baby is closer and closer to its due date! Whoever has a baby first, wins. Or, change it up by asking people to correctly guess how long it will take for their baby to be born.

13. Baby Price is Right

Bob Barker isn't the only one who can set the stage for big wins! Buy 10 to 12 baby items you think the parents-to-be will need. Use blank note cards to write the price of each item on one side, and the item itself on the other. Gather guests together and play it just like the TV show: each guest must guess the price of the items on the cards, and the person with the highest total-without going over-wins. Best of all, the parents-to-be get to keep the handy baby items used for the game.

14. Place The Baby On The Mommy

Pin the Tail on the Donkey has nothing on this screwball take on the classic party game. Blow up a poster-sized picture of the mom-to-be standing with her pregnant belly in profile. Blindfold each guest and give him or her a cutout picture of a baby. After a couple of spins, each guest must walk to the wall and pin the baby on the mommy. Whoever gets it closest to the tummy, wins.

15. Sloppy Diaper Relay

Ah, if only diapering were a team sport. Olympic trials, here you come! Set up several diapering stations complete with dolls swaddled in diapers. Break guests up into teams, hand out a blindfold to each and set your timer. When you give the word, teams must take turns taking the current diaper off the doll and placing a new one on as fast as possible-all while blindfolded! The first team to complete the diapering challenge wins the gold.

16. Feed The Baby

Get ready to regress! You'll have guests drooling food, making messes and laughing uncontrollably with this baby shower game. Give each person a large bib and divide the party into teams of two. Each team is given a jar of applesauce and two small spoons. One team at a time, you'll blindfold the pair and have the team members feed the applesauce to one another at the same time. Clock each team's time. The fastest duo to finish their applesauce wins. Of course, the best part is watching everyone spill and dribble all over themselves!

17. Baby Shower Onesies

Get a lil' crafty at your baby shower with this great practical idea. Buy enough onesies (multiple sizes) to give one to each guest. Stretch each across a piece of cardboard and pass them out at the shower along with fabric paint and miscellaneous baby-safe decorative elements. Then, invite everyone to tap into their creative sides by painting a onesie masterpiece designed specifically for the bundle of joy. Once dry, the future parents will have practical works of art to cherish.

18. Diaper Raffle

On average, a newborn pees and poops enough to go though 70 diapers per week. Crazy, but absolutely true. That's why this simple game is such an amazing gift for the parents-to-be. Include a note with your baby shower invitations letting guests know that you'll be raffling off an amazing surprise prize at the baby shower. All they have to do to get a raffle ticket is bring a package of diapers with them-and the more diapers they bring, the more raffle tickets they get! On the day of the shower, diapers will be crammed into every nook and cranny. Long after the party, the grateful parents will give silent thanks with each fresh diaper they use.

19. Tinkle in the Pot

If you've ever been pregnant-or spoken at length to anyone who is-you know that running to the bathroom every thirty seconds is just par for the course. This game lets guests experience this funky side effect in a fun way. Line up some jars on one side of the room. On the other, have guests line up with a balloon and a quarter. Everyone should blow up the balloons and stuff them under their shirts. Then, they place the quarter tightly between their knees and race to the jar-holding the coin tightly as they waddle as fast as they can. Once at the jar, the contestant must 'pee' in the jar, dropping the coin neatly through the opening. The first person to make all of their potty runs will win the prize. For an outdoor race, give each person water balloons to hold between their knees as they shuffle across the lawn-be careful not to let your 'water break'!

20. Baby Dec-a-Cake

Before the shower, bake a batch of cupcakes, dropping in a single miniature plastic baby in one random cup. At the shower, bring out the platter of undecorated cupcakes-without letting on that one is secretly 'pregnant'-and give all guests a supply of frosting, candies and baby decorations. After everyone has decorated their own unique cupcake, the mom-to-be chooses her favorite and the winner gets a prize. Then, just as guests are about to devour the baked goodies whole, let everyone know that whoever finds the baby is next in line to have her own!

The Bodybuilding.com Exercise Database houses an incredible collection of exercises, complete with ratings, tips, and reviews. Rather than showcase our own favorite chest-crushing exercises, we decided to let you, our users, determine the best movements for building a strong, muscular chest.
We've added extra tips to help you put more power behind your punches. If you aren't using at least one of these moves in every single chest workout, you better start now.
Exercise 10//
(Rated 8.9)
Quick Tip: Reduce shoulder rotation by allowing for a bend in the elbows at the bottom of the movement. Do not allow your upper arm to break too far below the plane of the bench; we want to build our pecs, not strain our shoulders!

Exercise 9//
(Rated 8.9)
Quick Tip: Many of the top bodybuilders in the world, including former Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, prefer this movement as their primary exercise instead of the flat bench, which can be rough on the shoulders.

Exercise 8//
(Rated 8.9)
Quick Tip: For the bench press, technique is everything! Protect your shoulders by retracting your scapula and staying tight. Check out this link (Mark Bell article) to see how the best bench presser in the world does it!

Exercise 7//
(Rated 9.1)
Quick Tip: Many lifters, including our own Kris Gethin, prefer to slightly rotate the dumbbell as they complete the motion. This allows you to better squeeze the muscle at the top of the movement.

Exercise 6//
(Rated 9.1)
Quick Tip: Many people rest at the top of the motion, but that's when you should be trying to maximize the tension on your chest. Without clanking the dumbbells, push them together at the top while contracting your pecs as forcefully as possible.

Exercise 5//
(Rated 9.2)
Quick Tip: The push-up position involves being in a "plank," which is beneficial to core development. Extend your sets by resting at the top of your push-up without your technique breaking down. This will let your abdominal muscles fight against gravity!

Exercise 4//
(Rated 9.3)
Quick Tip: As much as I love these, usually the rests put your shoulders into a deeply-rotated position (that's a bad thing). Have a spotter give you a "lift off," taking you out of the potentially dangerous area, and don't take the movement all the way down to the stops.

Exercise 3//
(Rated 9.3)
Quick Tip: One of the advantages of dumbbells is that you don't have to have a perfectly pronated grip while you perform your movement. You can turn the dumbbells out a little bit, making the movement easier on the joints while also increasing tension on your chest!

Exercise 2//
(Rated 9.3)
Quick Tip: Use the smallest stands you can for this plyometric movement. If you maintain good technique, this exercise will be a great way to boost your power and stability!

Exercise 1//
(Rated 9.7)
Quick Tip: This one is definitely not easy! If you can't quite make it, start by using an incline. Place your hand on a box or other object that allows you to perform the movement with similar technique, and progressively work on going lower until you are on the floor!
